This was an amazing book. The plot was fascinating and totally held my interest the entire time. I absolutely loved the character development and the author kept me guessing with plot, and character twists till the very end. I am an author myself and I can only hope to be as good as this someday. Her writing is technically great - no repetitious themes, or words, great dialog, and wonderful descriptive details. It captivated my imagination and held my interest to the end. I absolutely loved it! I wish it was a series with Carys as the heroine, having adventures that take her around the world.
